From draft to paid

Draft stays private. Sent means the client owes the total. Paid means closed. Void means cancelled and left out of totals.

Client experience

They receive a polished PDF and, when payments are enabled, a secure pay link. Cards are handled by Stripe—not stored on this desk.

Dash shows collected income, open balance, spend, and recent invoices so you start the day with a clear picture.

Your studio stays yours

Each account sees only its own clients, invoices, and expenses. Books are not mixed between studios.

Cards stay with Stripe

Online payments run through Stripe Checkout. This app never stores card numbers.

Pay links are private

Send pay links only to the client who owes. They are meant for one person, not public posts.

Open Login, enter your email, and use the magic link we send. First visit creates your studio; later visits sign you back in.

Try before you join

Guests can browse public pages and sample dashboard data. Your real clients and totals appear after Login.
